Rates & Route Pricing

Base Rate:

$35.00 — Includes delivery within a 15-mile radius.

Additional Mileage:

$1.75 per mile for each mile beyond the initial 15 miles.

All distances are calculated based on the most direct driving route from the pickup location to the delivery address.

Base Rate:

$50.00 — Includes delivery within a 15-mile radius.

Additional Mileage:

$2.00 per mile for each mile beyond the initial 15 miles.

Distance is calculated using the most direct driving route from the pickup location to the delivery address.

Daily Rate:

$400.00 for up to 8 hours of driving, covering a distance of up to 150 miles.

Additional Mileage:

$1.75 per mile for each mile driven beyond the initial 150 miles.

Mileage is calculated based on the most direct driving route from the starting point to the final destination.

After-Hours Surcharge:

An additional $20.00 will be applied to any deliveries scheduled outside of normal business hours.

Normal business hours are, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Heavy Item Surcharge:

A $20.00 surcharge applies to each item weighing over 50 pounds (50+ lbs).

This fee is applied per qualifying item and is in addition to standard delivery rates.

Daily Route Pricing (Monday–Friday)

Daily Rate:

$400.00 for up to 8 hours of driving, covering up to 150 miles.

Additional Mileage:

$1.75 per mile for every mile driven beyond the initial 150 miles.

Mileage is calculated based on the most direct driving route from the starting location to the final destination.

Discounted Rate:

$275.00 per day (minimum 3 days per week) — Includes up to 75 miles of driving per day.

Additional Mileage:

$1.75 per mile for every mile beyond the included 75 miles (per day).

Ideal for recurring delivery routes. Mileage is calculated based on total daily distance.

Weekend Service Add-On:

An additional $200.00 will be applied for deliveries scheduled on Saturday and Sunday.

Subject to driver availability. Applies per day, in addition to standard route or delivery rates.

Wait Time Fee:

A fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for any wait time exceeding 10 minutes at pickup or delivery.

The first 10 minutes are included at no charge. Wait time is tracked per stop.

Return Trip Fee:

If a driver is required to return after completing a long-distance delivery, a return trip fee of 75% of the original delivery rate will apply.

This fee covers the driver’s return travel and is calculated based on the same distance and rate structure as the initial delivery.

Delivery Confirmation:

A $5.00 fee applies for delivery confirmation upon completion.

Includes proof of delivery via photo, signature, or timestamped confirmation, based on client preference.

White Glove Service

Additional Fee:

A $25.00 surcharge applies for White Glove Service, which includes:

• Inside delivery to the room of your choice
• Unpacking of items
• Removal of packaging materials

This service provides extra care and handling for your deliveries.
