Service availability may vary based on location, time of day, driver availability, weather, and other factors. We do our best to serve all customers promptly and fairly.

3. Payment Terms

Payments for rides and deliveries are due at the time of service.

• We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as approved business accounts.
• Prices may vary based on distance, vehicle type, time, and special requests.
• Additional mileage or waiting time may result in extra charges, which will be clearly explained before the trip or delivery begins.

Invoices or receipts can be provided upon request.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand plans can change.

• For rides: Cancellations made 10 minutes or more before pickup are free. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a small fee.
• For deliveries: If a delivery is canceled after pickup, charges may still apply for time and distance already covered.
  If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll review your case promptly.

5. Liability and Safety Disclaimer

Will-Drive takes safety and reliability seriously. All drivers are screened and vehicles are maintained for safe operation.

However, by using our services, you agree that Will-Drive is not liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control
• Loss or damage to items beyond reasonable handling care
• Personal injuries or accidents arising from circumstances beyond our direct control

We encourage all customers and drivers to follow safety guidelines at all times.

We respect your privacy.

• Personal information (such as name, phone number, address, or payment details) is used only to complete your rides or deliveries.
• We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All Will-Drive drivers are independent contractors, not employees. They are responsible for their own vehicles, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
