Welcome to Will-Drive! These Terms of Service govern your use of Will-Drive’s ride and delivery services. By booking a ride, scheduling a delivery, using our website, or using our mobile application, you agree to these terms.

About Will-Drive

Will-Drive LLC is a locally owned transportation and courier service providing ride and delivery solutions throughout Tulsa and surrounding Oklahoma communities.

Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation and delivery services while supporting local communities and businesses.

Service Area and Availability

Will-Drive services are available in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and surrounding service areas.

Service availability may vary based on:

• Driver availability
• Weather conditions
• Road conditions
• Traffic delays
• Service demand
• Operational limitations

Will-Drive reserves the right to refuse or cancel service when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Booking Services

Customers may book services through:

• The Will-Drive website
• The Will-Drive mobile application
• Phone calls
• Text messages
• Approved business accounts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, delivery, and contact information.

Additional charges may apply if incorrect information causes delays or additional travel.

Ride Services

Passengers must:

• Be respectful toward drivers
• Follow all applicable laws
• Wear seat belts when required
• Avoid behavior that may endanger others

Will-Drive reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is:

• Violent or threatening
• Intoxicated to a dangerous level
• Engaged in illegal activity
• Creating an unsafe environment

Delivery Services

Will-Drive provides courier and delivery services for approved items.

We do not transport:

• Illegal items
• Hazardous materials
• Firearms or explosives
• Controlled substances unless legally authorized
• Any item prohibited by law

Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged and ready for transport.

Will-Drive does not deliver appliances or individual items weighing more than 50 pounds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Pricing and Payments

Service pricing is based on factors including:

• Distance traveled
• Time required
• Service type
• Vehicle requirements
• Waiting time
• Special requests

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Credit cards
• Debit cards
• Electronic payments
• Approved business billing accounts

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra mileage
• Excessive waiting time
• Route changes
• Additional stops requested after booking

Customers authorize Will-Drive to charge the payment method provided for services rendered.

Cancellations and Refunds

Ride Services

• Cancellations made at least 10 minutes before scheduled pickup may receive a full refund.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Delivery Services

• Deliveries canceled before driver dispatch may receive a full refund.
• Deliveries canceled after driver dispatch may be subject to service charges.
• Deliveries canceled after pickup are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and issued at Will-Drive’s discretion.

Delays and Service Interruptions

While we strive for on-time service, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

• Traffic
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Mechanical issues
• Emergencies

Will-Drive is not responsible for losses resulting from unavoidable delays.

Liability Disclaimer

Will-Drive will exercise reasonable care while providing services.

However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Will-Drive shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Lost profits
• Missed appointments
• Business interruptions
• Consequential damages
• Delays beyond our control

For deliveries, customers are encouraged to maintain insurance coverage for high-value items.

Lost and Found

Items left in vehicles should be reported as soon as possible.

Will-Drive will make reasonable efforts to locate lost items but cannot guarantee recovery.

Additional delivery or handling fees may apply when returning lost property.
